Maam, LASIK is good alternative to those patients who don’t want to wear contact lens/ spectacles as some patients find difficultly in carry them. LASIK eye surgery is safe and effective, with one of the highest patient satisfaction rates of any elective procedure. Complications that result in a loss of vision are rare, and most people are satisfied with the results. Contact lens have their own disadvantage like risk of infection, discomfort etc For patients with low to moderate refractive error and no associated eye diseases, LASIK is the surgery of choice.
