Is it possible person to person heart rate will be different mine walking time heart rate will be 100 plus and sitting time 90plus I am worring is it any problem? I am doing regular pranayam , and skipping rope also I have back pain also it feels like burning sensation in shoulder I have done ecg and all its normal My mind negative thoughts will come like I am not well my heart is why showing more beats in oximiter and mobile heart rate checking apps
