Is it pinworm ?
My friend complains about itching in anus area , but it's not regular , it comes and goes . Her blood tests are fine. She is scared what if she has pinworms ?? How can she be sure about it ? She is mostly constipated .

Itching in the anal area which is not regular,could be due different reasons. It may be pinworm,local area dermatitis or it could be due to anal fissure as she is constipated.
Next Steps
Do a stool analysis ,if any significant findings ,get treated for worm infestation if not visit doctor to examine to rule out anal fissure

It may be due to anal fissure. Kindly consult a surgeon at your locality for physical examination and proctoscopy and treatment

Umm how old is she? Blood tests don't tell you much about it. Is it just itching or she has some other issues too like gas? Constipated? Since when is she suffering that? It could be pinworms or it could be something else too. I suggest you may consult as I need details and history before i can give guidance
