Itching in the anal area which is not regular, could be due different reasons.
It may be pinworm, local area dermatitis or it could be due to anal fissure as she is constipated.
Next Steps
Do a stool analysis ,if any significant findings ,get treated for worm infestation
if not visit doctor to examine to rule out anal fissure
Health Tips
Ask her to drink lots of water
increase in fibre intake
Umm how old is she? Blood tests don't tell you much about it. Is it just itching or she has some other issues too like gas? Constipated? Since when is she suffering that? It could be pinworms or it could be something else too. I suggest you may consult as I need details and history before i can give guidance
