Hi,
You should get it clinically examined. Blood pressure definitely needs to be monitored.
A detailed history regarding headache, aggravating on exposure to sunlight, noise, lack of sleep may give a better idea.
If there is any stress that should also be relieved for headache control
Migraine is definitely one of the possibility.
