Left side headache with with hypertensio
I have left side temporal lobe tight band from ten months with left leg feet burning sensation with hypertension bp in range mostly 140/90 ... physician prescribed me tab laregab At and tab telmikind 40.taking from two month both tablet once a  day..bp in control..and 40%relief with headache but not full releif... what is it pls explain is it migraine or some other condition

It could be migrainous pain,but any neurological disorders has to be ruled out.
