I have headache continuously from 1 week ,in particular I experience more headache when I run,bend or move.I have been taking Saradon since 3 days,but no improvement,pls suggest what medication I can follow

Continuous headache on movements (especially of neck ) can be related to cervicalgia
Proper history is needed regarding sinusitis , refraction errors ,cervical spondylitis, sleeping postures etc
