Your fast heart rate has to be investigated for cause. low grade infection in body is common cause of fast heart rate CBC, URINE ROUTINE, URINE CULTURE, THYROID FUNCTION TEST, KFT, and preferably a X ray chest too.. It all this normal and tachycardia persist a Echocardiography should be done also, watch your temperature carefully with thermometer . You don't need BP medicine.. For control of heart rate Tablet Propranolol 10 mg twice daily will help..

Monitor BP. At your age you do not need any medication. Do thyroid function test if you face the same problem again. And if you want you can consult me online.
