Is it hemorrhoids???
I am having pain while constant sitting and passing stool sometimes. I am not having any blood in stool but I am having reddishness down there . While standing it's not look like this . But while sitting and relaxing position my anus looking like this. Please let me know what is this

Looks like FISSURE needs Proctoscopy for evaluation n further treatment
