My age 25 Male ,
This was my pft result before niveoli use , my hrct chest tells no abnormalities detected, I still feel chest tightness and sob during walking after 1.5 month usage . have history of asthma which was completely reversible earlier last year , but now even with ics + laba no change or very little, doctor says continue inhaler just . But I am really tensed. I am just 25 . I smoked in my college days occasionally like 7-8 pieces a year . And quit 2 years ago . Now i use beclemethasone 100 + formetorel 6

If this PFT test was done before usage of inhaler some 2-3 months back, better to repeat it once again if you are able to perform nicely, for checking reversibility post bronchodilator,
If not able to perform well, can undergo PEFR testing for stepping up or stepping down the treatment
You may need additional SABA/SAMA based on your clinical signs and physiological pft/pefr reports now
