Is echo required in my case
Please read my query as it can save me unnecessary echo.. So 3 days back felt heart attack symptoms- sharp left arm pain n then burning pain in chest n abdomen, dizziness, nausea..At ER serial ekg's okay, vitals stable, got better wid antacid n anxiety pill n sent home. these 3 days have had vague symptoms- on n off chest heaviness, random left arm pains, fatigue, SOB. Today revist to doc- he did an ekg (normal.) my query is- do i need echo? I spent 5k on stress echo done 3 month ago (NAD) so want to go for echo only if necessary
I have had vague symptoms since long- gastritis, panic attacks, anxiety
