During pregnancy well balanced home cooked food is the best.
I won't recommend Chinese food during pregnancy because of MSG.
Noodles, rice more refined, less nutritious, more oily..
Homemade food is the best. All cuisines are good. Just choose light , freshly cooked , more veggies and fruits , Even if you crave for Chinese it should be homemade Chinese. Choose multigrain noodles with better oils more veggies and less spices. I mean lighter and better
To consume once in a while is fine, but not on a everyday basis ,Not very sure of your query regarding substitute in terms of what ,connect through practo online for a descriptive counseling at MEASURES AND SERVES
Hi, Chinese food has Ajinomotto which is a neurotoxin and should be avoided during pregnancy. However you can customize chinese food by putting less oil and salt and avoiding Ajinomotto. Have a well balanced diet and small frequent meals. Do not fast or feast.
