Hello there Antibiotics are NOT complusary after a rc Its only needed in cases of infection which involves pus or severe acute pain Take care !

Yes you need to have a course of antibiotics and painkillers for 3 days so that any remaining infection goes away.

Yes, antibiotics are given after RCT to avoid any remaining bacteria to enter into blood stream, to enhance healing and to avoid any sort of bacterial infection after RCT.
