Is an anti inflammatory diet important?
Is an anti inflammatory diet important in Alopecia areata? I haven't been told to cut down on anything from the doctors but I saw several videos where auto immune diseases require an anti inflammatory diet.

Yes... Anti inflammatory diet would enhance the immunity and allow the system to fight in diseases where immunity is compromised. Alopecia areata is an auto immune disorder, where immunity is lowered and thus strength to fight external infections is reduced. That's why...most of the trichologists recommend a diet rich in inflammatory properties. Anyway.... alopecia areata can be well treated with homeopathic medicine and proper diet for complete recovery and to reduce the chances of recurrence. Allopathic medicine might cause side effects and chances of recurrence are high. Be wise and choose your way... holistic way..
