Irritation while Urinating and back pain
I had protected intercourse 2 days back and since then there is irritation while i urinate and back pain also I doubt it is UTI as all the symptoms pointing it there Please Provide a prescription, as i am at a place where i cannot go to gyno right now

It may not be a UTI. It may be due to the liquid which has been used for the protection of the condom. Please wash the area 3-4 times a day with mild soap and water. Also you should drink Cranberry juice  daily for 4-5 days.
