I tend to bend my right wrist to the right side ways due to some kind of discomfort in the right side of the right wrist, I have to do it often due to that tiny discomfort in the right side of the right wrist, otherwise my wrist is normal ... Although this is not of much botheration to me in any ways, I am concerned if this is any kind of nerve damage signal or any kind of joint arthritis kind of thing...
Kindly help me to resolve this issue
