Irritation by catheter
I did have cerclage 1 week before, i was facing issue for frequent urination, dr has suggested complete bed rest , to get rid of urine prob doctor has ask to put catheter, now I am having irritation by catheter, any way to get rid of it , any ointment I can apply , i cannot sleep because of the irritation. Also due to bed rest u am having tight stomach. Please suggest.

Hi Why are you having frequent urination? Did u get urine culture? How many weeks pregnant are you? You can use bed pan If your stomach tightness is increasing consult your doctor once

I can use bed pan instead of catheter.No need of ointment.plz follow your doctor's advice
