Irritating /let me down all the way
Constantly framing irrelevant thoughts in mind . This is uncontrollable . So its starts scripting stories in mind. Especially in diety and temple aspects. To get out of this i was writing all thoughts/ inner words or voices (not shouting). Repeated memorising of thoughts or images came in mind , it will begin /pick imagination. I m afraid that i may accept to pray like this /offerings kind of that Symptom No smile little good sleep woke up . it picks up that makes worring pressure on chest
