Hello dear, The symptoms mentioned by you here of persistent headache, decreased sleep, frequent crying episodes, easy irritability, low mood, tendency to compare with others etc are suggestive of a negative mood and emotional state like depression. Hence my suggestion for you is to seek a consultation with a psychiatrist near you for comprehensive assessment and evaluation. A detailed medical and psychological assessment is necessary before taking it any further. However a high probability of ongoing depressive episode is present as per your description. A combination of medication and psychological intervention is likely to be well suited to your condition. Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future...
