I am suffering from IBS because of eating at hotels. I stopped eating at hotels but still my digestive capacity has become poor since a week. What medicine should I take?

Hello.... In ayurveda the disease you are suffering from is called as GRAHNI. It means that your digestion power has become poor as well as your intestine has been sluggish and may be swell , so you need concentrate on whole digestive tract while treating this disease. it will take 8- 10 months to cure completely.

For IBS we have very good management in AYURVEDA but u need to consult n take medications with little food n lifestyle changes for long lasting or permanent results.
