Irregular periods
I am having irregular periods , my last period was 46 days ago earlier my periods used to comes late like within 7-8 days but now its been a long time i have not get my periods, i am worried please suggest me a medicine and suggest me what should i do , suggest me a medicine which i can consume and my periods will resume. This is the first time and i haven't informed anyone yet regarding my late periods, please help me and suggest me why it is happening, what's the reason? What's wrong and how can i cure it?

Whats your age? And were you sexually active, if sexually active, do pregnancy test and if negative then take medication to get your periods If not sexually active and still your periods are delayed, could ve stress hormonal imbalance etc
