Irregular periods
I always hv irregular periods problem....I m married,but I have this problem before my marriage..It always happen..I get my periods gap of 2 months 3 months like this..I checked I m not pregnant... doctor said that I hv ovary syndrome something....pls help me...

As you have DUB(Disturbed uterine bleeding).So some investigations are required.So visit an Ayurvedic Doctor. Ayurveda has excellent remedies for gynecological problems.

In such condition you need to get your ultrasonography abdomen test done first ro know if there there are cyst in the ovary. It yes then you should start ayurvedic treament for it. Don't delay as if cyst is present then its size keep incrrasing.

Most of the menstrual problems (including ovarian syndrome) are due to wrong daily routine and food habbits.
Some disease history like recurrent fever, jaundice etc also impacts the menstrual cycle.
Need to find the causative factor by proper history taking with the Ayurveda perspective and correct them.
