Hi, No this is not normal. Please get checked up by a Gynaec. Get an Ultrasonography done for Uterus tubes and ovaries. It could be due to hormonal balance and could be due to Pcod. And then treatment done accordingly.

You can get tested for thyroid and get an ultrasound.
Maintain a menstrual calender.
Drink lots of water
