Irregular longer periods
I am an unmarried female. I have been having periods since the last 25 days with a 4 day gap in between, spotting some day, clotting some days. The same happened in September where I had periods in a similar way for 15 days and then had a normal 5-day cycle after a 4 day gap. Kindly advice as I have always had regular periods before this.

Please get your sonography of the lower abdomen, Blood counts, Vitamin D3 and B12 level and Coagulation profile done and consult a Gynaecologist. It may need prolonged treatment . So you should be able to consult with the Gynaecologist as and when you need.
