Hello doctors,
I am 29 weeks pregnant now. My hemoglobin levels from first trimester to 28 weeks is 10.4,10 and 10.1g/dl.
But in 29th week it reduced to 9.5 g/dl. My gynecologist suggests iron transfusion. Whether is it needed or can I improve my levels with iron rich foods and iron tablets.
