Hello docs... I am taking iron tablets heme neo... Which contains heme iron polypeptide 12mg... L methyl folate 200mcg...vit c 500 mcg...vit b12 16mcg...
Today i ws chckng its other ingredients...it is written there... Starch , lactose and talcum etc...
I got worried about talcum... Is talcum used in medicines... Why???
And can this medicine with talcum be taken in pregnancy...will it have any side effects... I am taking it since long...plzz plzz plzz reply
