Hi, You can take an anti emetic ( zofer) currently. Do not take more than 16 mg of the medicine per day. It's always better to understand the cause of your symptoms. The gastric problem you have mentioned could be due to a lot of reasons - an irregular diet - delayed sleep wake cycles affecting diet - use of alcohol or smoking - stress at work or home If you can address any of these, then it might help prevent a recurrence
Next Steps
consult if required. thank you

Were you feeling nauseous previously also with periods? Is there constipation? Take small frequent meals,  avoid fatty, spicy meals. Take more of fresh green vegetables and fruits particularly papaya. Drink more water. Get upper G.I endoscopy done.

Yes, you can take Zofer (ondansetron) for nausea IV iron can cause gastric irritation or gut side effects in some people. Since your CBC and other reports are normal, it’s likely a temporary reaction. Continue Sompraz (for acid) and Instaraft (for bloating) Take Zofer as needed for nausea (1 tab, up to 2–3/day) Eat light, bland meals and stay well-hydrated If symptoms continue consult a gastroenterologist.

Nausea and vomiting while on your period can happen when you are experiencing severe menstrual cramps. You can take Zofer for this, no problem.
