Iron deficiency
Hello Dr.
I am 25 year old male, i have iron deficiency when i tested, dr. Has prescribed me iron tablets but it is causing me very much acidity and some time fever, i request you please suggest some medicine which will not cause this problem and help me to overcome the iron deficiency
