Iron deficiency anemia
I got full body test done, as I was facing extreme fatigue, laziness, weakness and numbness in head. I am on thyroid medication (12.5 mcg) and my thyroids level are in control. In report I have been diagnosed with iron serum 25, ferritin 6, CRP 1.8, Saturation 6% TIBC 419.4, haemoglobin 11. And Vitamin D - 16 B12 within range. So issue is some doctors suggested for ferritin drip (injections) and some suggested medicines. What should I go for? I have indigestion and gas issues.
