Can vitamin b12 deficiency lead to anemia
I am a 29 year old male and I was diagnosed with anemia last night. I always thought that lack of iron content in my blood would lead to anemia. But, I have something called the Vitamin B12 deficiency anemia. Does something like that really exist? How should I get over this?

Yes it does exist. Deficiency of vit b12 causes megaloblastic anemia. U can take neurokind plus capsule once a day for 2weeks then once a week for one month and recheck your blood cbc and vit b12 level after that.

Also its good to include meat, egg and milk in the diet as they are good natural sources.
