To boost your immunity work on your balanced diet and 45 minutes physical work or workout. Indian diets are full of nutrition which these supplements can't fullfill (unless you are badly deficient).

Hi See you can surely go for a syrup for boosting immunity but as a Nutritionist/Dietitian.. I would recommend you to take care of your diet also and your lifestyle for strengthening the immunity. Few points you need to remember for strengthening your immunity are as follow 1. Don't smoke. 2. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables. 3. Exercise regularly. 4. Maintain a healthy weight. 5. If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation. 6. Get adequate sleep. 7. Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly. 8. Eat a healthy balanced diet. 9. Include turmeric in your diet. 10. Take star anise infused water. Disclaimer: Tip may vary if you suffering from any other medical issue. Hello! Yes, you can take it as per the prescribed dosage given on the box, usually 10-15ml once per day. Please note, just taking supplements will not build your immunity. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, get good sleep, avoid smoking and alcohol and indulge in light physical activity. It’s best to stay indoors to prevent any infections.
