28weeks pregnant my hb was 10 in last report so my doctor prescribed me daily 2 iron and calcium tablets morning and evening but she said to take after food . I heard that it shouldn't taken together so I usually give 2hours gap between morning doses and evening doses Is that enough how much gap should be given Iron 152mg Calcium 500

Yes ideally better to take iron and calcium separately. If you’re taking iron twice a day- morning and night, you can take calcium in the afternoon. Iron absorption is said to be better on empty stomach, but some women find it causes a lot of gastritis so in that case it’s ok to take after meals.

Ur doing it right mam. Continue the same. Iron tablet is ideally taken on empty stomach.
