IOP and ICL Surgery
ICL done on 23/08/24 CCT- 563 R and 570 L Steriod responder stopped miflodex after 2 weeks because of increased IOP, Started azopt While using azopt IOP was in the range 14-15 Been 3 weeks since stopped azopt Today morning IOP NCT was RE- 21,22 LE- 22,23 My doctor said its because of Thick CCT and nothing to worry about? But I am still skeptical Please suggest!

We have to rule out other causes of iop rise.
Next Steps
inflammation if not reduced with steroids can cause iop to rise again also.
