I am considering ICL surgery to correct my vision. During a recent eye exam, the doctor noticed tiny cataract dots in both eyes and showed them on a slit-lamp monitor.
I would like your advice on:
Whether ICL is safe for me now given these small cataract dots.Recommendations for monitoring these cataract dots.

If you have a central cataract , do not go for ICL.
Better go for RLE after a thorough retina examination.

ICL is safe if the cataract is in the periphery
Cataract progression needs to be monitored every 6-12 months.
