Intestine cancer
My uncle (age 42) is suffering from cancer (intestine) and its in advanced stage. He is undergoing with KIMO treatment for every 10 days. I would like to know regarding IMITINEF MERCILET medicine helps for the same. Please help me.

Imatinib is given for GIST which usually arises from intestine it will be good if CD 117 is positive in pathology IHC report. it's a wonder drug but takes 6 mts for response assessment and 2 weeks if pre and post PET CT is done
