What is internal delorme's procedure?How is it done?Is it a better option than STARR and Laparoscopic Rectopexy?Doctor said that this procedure might not be very successful(50%,only), and other options will be tried only after my family life is completed..Im totally confused..Which type of procedure should i go for?Kindly guide me..I also have SRUS..

Delorme's procedure is same as starr procedure more or less with minor differences in terms of results.. Laparoscopic rectopexy is for more advanced stage of prolapse. Not for mucosal prolapse.
