Intermittent fever
I am 13 years old. I am having intermittent fever since 10 days. I took a 2 day course of antibiotics and combiflame but it didn't work. I somtimes face acidity and have the problem of constipation. On the 9th day I got a runny nose and a bit cough.

Hi. Any fever more than a week duration needs blood and urine tests done. If needed a chest x-ray may be taken. Never self medicate except for very minor problems resolving in a day or two. Most of the fevers are viral and they do not respond to antibiotics. Also using antibiotics unnecessarily leads to side effects and also leads to antibiotics resistance.. That means when you genuinely need antibiotic, it may not work.
