Intermittent fasting
Hello Can i start my day for IF at 3 pm to 11 pm(eating window) rest fasting. Also can i just eat normal food that is made at home during the eating window rather than following high protein etc diet? I go to physiotherapy mainly it involves all the exercise full body (also core abs and lower abs) . At 3pm can i have my breakfast with low fat milk(besan ka chilla or whatever is made)  then at 4:30 my lunch as i have my physiotherapy at 5pm. Before 11pm dinner and again low fat milk.
