About two months ago I threw a backhandspring, and as soon as I made contact with the ground my whole shoulder went into extreme pain, worse then when I had torn my labram, the pain has not subsided at all in the past 2 months, but I am too stubborn to seek medical help. The pain radiates from where my neck meets my shoulder, all the way down to my shoulder blade. the pain is constant, and I can't support my own weight, and even the slightest bump from someone else makes it radiate even more

Get clinically examined. Get x-rays of your shoulder. Radiation of pain could be due to cervical spine injury. Get that examined also. If required further imaging studies can be done.
