Initially i had localised pain in 6 th rib both sides like short aches for one month but in the past week i m feeling random aches in back side of ribs and pressure or heavy feeling in upper back with some random aches..

Greetings, sorry about the pain.
your rib pain is related to muscle spasm at upper back and chest muscles and weak muscles at wings (shoulder blade). Pain killers are of short term or no use at all.
Next Steps
See a physiotherapist and get myofascia release done. after which your physio will advise core strengthening. follow the program for 3 months, you will get better.
