hello, you can do warm salt water rinses at home as a home remedy. but this will only give temporary relief from pain. you need to visit the dentist and get the treatment done as soon a s possible. Depending on the case the dentist will be able to tell you if single visit RCT is possible or not.

Consult with a dentist

its better to get it evaluated from a dentist because pain could be because of following reasons:- 1- 3rd molar pain 2- any carious tooth. if its a 3rd molar pain then you might have to get it extracted, but if the pain is because of some carious tooth then you have to undergo RCT . But if you are busy then you can take antibiotics and pain killers after consulting a doctor so that the infection subsides and you get a relief for time being.

hi, your ongoing condition is because of persistent cavity in that tooth. Single visit RCT can cost you from 4k to 8k depending upon your dentist's specialisation.
Next Steps
you can take antibiotic course of 3 days along with pain killers. if there is severe pain you can take KETOROL-DT in half a glass of water.
Health Tips
There is nothing to be worried about and dont panic. Avoid very hot drinks or food.

Hi, you have an acute inflammation or abscess. I think you should see your dentist and ask for an emergency root canal opening and drainage of infection along with analgesics and antibiotics only if needed. It is not ideal to prescribe meds online without having a chance to examine you or knowing your history. Till you get to a dentist, you could just take an over the counter pain killer. An emergency opening shouldn't take more than 15 minutes so it shouldn't take much of your study time. Single sitting RCT might not be the best idea when there is an acute infection like in your case and I'd suggest a two sitting RCT Cost of RCT: Vary: 2500 - 6000 depending upon technique, experience and skill of the dentist.
