I am a male 23YO with height 170cms and weight 79Kgs. Since last 1 month I have been to gym at early morning and do exercises like Jog/Run, weight lift and resistance training. I am thinking of adding protein supplements into my diet. But I read from different sites are they cause problem in
kidney and also cause gastrointestinal problems. So I want to know whether or not I should add protein into my diet? Is it safe ? What should be the dosage of protein intake? It will be helpful by getting all these answers. Thanks alot
