Ryzodeg doesn't have sufficient data to establish it's safety during pregnancy. We will need to shift u to some safer alternative. Also plan to conceive only after achieving a strict glycemic control on the new insulin. First few weeks are crucial for development and the sugar should be strictly controlled during this period
