Insulin resistance test for PCOD
I have Lean PCOD. What are the tests for insulin resistance? Please name the tests. P.S- I stopped eating any kind of added sugar before PCOD. Should I eat any kind of added sugar on a day of test for accurate results?

noted Lean PCOD... Insulin resistance can be known through HOMA IR or just fasting and after food insulin levels... In resiatance both will be high comparitively... no need to eat any added sugars... Just with regular food you can go for testing...
