I am 29 and i am married. I have PCOD. But i am not taking any treatment rightnow.
I periods have been on n off. But haven't had since this February.
I am trying to lose weight but so far i have not reduced much.
Whay should i do? I am very stressed.

PCOD is due to weight gain which leads to irregular periods.
check your thyroid also (TSH, FT4).
avoid direct sugars in diet, regular exercise for 1hour daily.
if no result then take Glycomet 500mg after dinner daily for 2months.
