PCOD Problem inspite of taking Obimet SR
I am diagnosed with PCOD and taking Obimet SR 500 daily and was having timely and proper Period for 2 years . But for the last 4 months I am having Period on time but its only Spotting and not clear. I am continuing Obimet SR 500 as usual. My Thyroid test and blood sugar reports are normal. I am 26 and unmarried.

Obimet (metformin) is one way to treat insulin resistance. There are many things to address in lifestyle change in PCOS (I don't call it PCOD which implies"disease"). The flow and timeliness of menses can improve with lifestyle change.
