Insomnia: unable to sleep
I am unable to sleep in night since past 2-3 months. Maybe its because of the CoVid but now its hampering my health. Please let me know what to do for good sleep at night

Hello. This situation of covid pandemic can be extremely stressful. Many are suffering psychologically due to this. Homoeopathy can treat this very effectively. Try meditation if it helps. Pl inform your height and weight. Be active, go for long uninterrupted brisk walk for minimum of 30 to 40 minutes daily ( preferably in morning). Do aerobic exercises for 10 to 15 minutes. Take 3 litres of water/liquids. Have nutritious diet, and avoid junk food. Have atleast 2 hrs. gap between dinner and sleeping. It will be good if you stroll for 10 minutes after taking dinner. Avoid tea , coffee, chocolates and carbonated drinks.

Try to find out first the reason for nit getting sleep.e.g you are having afternoon snap/you are spending more time on mobile at night/are you anxious for something etc. Due to sedentary life during covid sleep also may disturbed. So try to find out reason and solve it.
