Hello, the sleeping pattern has changed recently your body needs time to adapt to it. Do not watch your mobile 1hr before sleep. Mild bath in warm water before sleep. Mild cold temperature and dark or dim lighted rooms can help. Also listen to yoga nidra before sleep. That helps in relaxing. As this is situational you don't need any medicines you will gradually adapt. If even after 1-2 month's you are not able to sleep properly then definitely Homoeopathy medicines can help.

I truly feel for you. Your words evoke an image of someone trying their best to adapt to challenging circumstances. Sleep, that essential bastion of rest and rejuvenation, can be so elusive when our routines are upended, and I understand the delicacy of your situation, especially with a sensitive sleep pattern. Night shifts can disrupt our body's natural circadian rhythm, leading to sleep disturbances. Homeopathy recognizes the individuality of every person and offers remedies that might help reestablish that delicate balance, making it easier for you to adjust to your new routine. A few remedies that come to mind for sleep disturbances due to altered routines are Coffea Cruda, which can be useful for sleeplessness from an overactive mind, and Nux Vomica, often considered for sleep issues due to lifestyle changes. However, it's important to note that the right remedy would depend on a thorough understanding of your specific symptoms and overall constitution. Additionally, some general suggestions include: 1. **Darken Your Room**: Since your body's internal clock associates darkness with sleep, consider using blackout curtains or a sleep mask. 2. **Noise Control**: Given your sensitivity to noise, earplugs or white noise machines might prove beneficial. 3. **Create a Routine**: Try to keep a consistent sleep schedule, even on your off days. This can train your body to recognize when it's time to rest. However, it might be worthwhile to have a comprehensive consultation to delve deeper into your unique constitution and needs. I'm here to support you, guide you, and walk with you on this journey to finding a restorative sleep pattern. The beauty of homeopathy is its ability to address not just the symptoms but the person as a whole. I wish you strength and serenity as you navigate these challenges. Remember, you're not alone in this, and together, we can seek the rest and balance you deserve. Warm regards, Dr. Chetan Raj.

It takes time to get used to the change routine. But let me tell you, by any means it will never be healthy to change the sleep time except during the night hours. To keep the dage minimum, you can practice sleeping in a peaceful environment and take a healthy diet. Maintain a moderate exercise routine. Avoid taking unwanted medicines.

You need an expert to understand your Psychological and physician health status, then accordingly customize the sleeping habit. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician. Hello Habits like this generally take to adapt. But as doctor I would suggest this is not a good habit ..still you are young and you will Pull it but eventually over a time you might develop all kind of health issues along with improper sleep there comes lot of other problem Try to find a switch For now you have to make an environment where you can sleep - like a room where no disturbs or there is no noise. No lights either be artificial or natural sun light. No screen time 1 hr before hit the bed. Have a proper sleep of 8hours
