Insomnia since month
After a viral infection in January first week, 3-4 weeks later insomnia started suddenly. Idk why it is happening but, i tried clonafit 0.5mg suggested by doctor for 2 days, i completed the sleep but sleep quality wasn't good, and i never went back to the doctor due to location change, so I haven't been eating any medicines. I am able to get sleep now at night but getting a lot of dreams and usually i wake up at 4am, then 6am and then finally at 9am. Kind of fragmented sleep. How to treat this? My bloodwork is fine, cbc, kft, lft, thyroid, sugar and lipid. Please help me out. How to get proper sleep, i am too tired of this sickness. Apart from that I have a preauricular lymph node which an ent saw but said it's within normal size and slightly firm but movable, he asked to ignore it. I am on these medicines: a to z gold twice a day, meganeuron od+ once a day at night and rozid 160 for 10 days. Please help me, I want to sleep! :(
