Sleep disorder/Insomnia Would include difficulties in either initiation or maintenance of sleep. The condition is more prevalent in depression, anxiety disorder and people with prior history of long term treatment. Important is to maintain adequate sleep hygeine that would include 1.Going to bed only when one feels sleepy. One should not  just mere lie down and wait to feel drowsy. 2.Break the habbit of  using mobile phone/tablet or watching television while going to sleep. This causes disruption of the regular sleep cycle and once the correct time to sleep passes away, it becomes hard to sleep. 3.Avoid ruminating for long duration in your bed. Let some tasks be left for the future.once you go to your sleep rather sleep with a positive mind set. 4. Avoid taking coffee/tea in the evening and moreover during bedtime. There are wide variety of medications that would help to balance your sleep cycle(ciccardian rhythm) and help you with insomnia.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychiatrist to start with appropriate medications.
Health Tips
start with sleep hygeine.
