Hi, I'm 29yrs ...no.babies...trying to.concieve m hypothyroid I'm taking 50mcg thyronorm ...I can't sleep in night... What should I do to have better sleep in night? I don't take any nap during day.. but I don't want to take any sleeping pills...please tell me some natural ways of sleeping sound during night...
