Insomnia : can't sleep
Hi, I'm 29yrs ...no.babies...trying to.concieve m hypothyroid I'm taking 50mcg thyronorm ...I can't sleep in night... What should I do to have better sleep in night? I don't take any nap during day.. but I don't want to take any sleeping pills...please tell me some natural ways of sleeping sound during night...

Before sleeping 1.keep electronic gadgets away reduce screen time. 2. Use deem light in bedroom before sleeping try to meditate or listen calm music 3. In day time increase your physical activity .enjoy your hobbies try to keep busy in that such as painting, drawing,dancing, playing music, gardening etc. Which will help to busy your mind in such work. 4. Do cow ghee nasya means apply cow ghee 2 drops in nostrils before going to bed.
